  • Q. How do I book my event with Jazz’d Up Events?
    A. In order to have your event secured on our calendars we must have a signed contract and 1st installment payment received. Please note remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks before your event. Please take a look at our Booking Roadmap located on our Book Us tab.
  • Q. In the event of inclement weather what are your policies?
    A. All payments are non-refundable. In the event in inclement weather your event can be rescheduled based upon our availability. We will try our best to accommodate the newly schedule date of your event.
  • Q. What are the methods of payments accepted for payments?
    A. We accept all major credit cards subject to a 3% service fee in addition to CashApp via $jazzdupevents
